The rear of the villa is completely enclosed by a 6 foot wooden fence to maintain your privacy.
The pool and hot tub are enclosed by a fine mesh cage. This keeps those Floridian mosquitoes at bay! Also keeps leaves etc from the pool. The patio furniture is extremely comfortable, table and chairs for out door dining. There is a covered lanai for when the sun gets too hot.

The kitchen has every labour saving appliance you could want in a holiday home. Who wants to work on vacation!!

The breakfast nook is a great place to start the day, it overlooks the pool and hot tub and is very sunny.

The family/lounge room is a perfect place to relax after a day in the sun. A beautiful room, which looks out over the pool and hot tub. The T. V. and video have cable hook up.

The Dining room has a large, modern dining suite, which seats 6 people, there is another matching dining table in the breakfast nook, which seats 4.

Master bedroom 2, also has the extremely comfortable bed, but this one is Queen size. There is a walk in closet, and ample drawer and storage space. Two bedside cabinets and lamps.

The en-suite bathroom has a larger than average shower a wash basin and w.c.

Bedroom 3 is a large twin room. This has bunk beds, the lower bed being a double bed, which can become a sofa, perfect for teens. There is also a large closet and ample drawer space.

Bedroom 4 is at the front of the house. This has two very comfortable twin beds bedside cabinets with lamps and a large closet. In this closet you would find the baby crib. This a very bright and airy room.

The third bathroom is shared by the two twin rooms, it is quite large, with bath, and a shower overhead. A large cupboard for towels and linen is in here also.

The laundry room has a larger than average washing machine and a dryer, also iron and ironing board.
