About the Villa

The house was built in 2001. It is fully furnished to a very high standard, having 2 en-suite master bedrooms and 2 normal sized bedrooms. Ideal for 10 people sharing.

The pool area at the rear of the villa has the benefit of sunshine all day long as the house is south facing. The pool and hot tub are surrounded by a large fence at the back and high hedging on either side so offers complete privacy at all times.

Also covering the entire pool area is a fine mesh cage to ensure no insects get in to bother our guests. There is plenty of patio furniture for dining outdoors under the lanai, which gives additional shade, along with a large modern BBQ. There are also several loungers for sunbathing.

For security and safety, the doors out to the pool are alarmed and the pool area itself has a removable fence, to limit unauthorised access.

The whole house is fully air conditioned.

The family/lounge room is a perfect place to relax after a day in the sun. A beautiful room, which looks out over the pool and hot tub.The large flatscreen tv has cable hook up and a dvd along with a large selection of family movies. High speed internet access is available at no extra cost.

The dining room has a large, modern dining suite, which seats 6 people.

There is another matching dining table in the breakfast nook, which seats 4, and is a great place to start the day. It overlooks the pool and hot tub and is very sunny.

The kitchen is well stocked with all modern appliances.  An island in the centre of the kitchen houses the double sink and dishwasher, and also has seating on one side.  There is also a large pantry and just off the kitchen the utility room has everything you’d need to make your stay more convenient.

The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable king size bed and boasts its own walk-in closet. In this closet you will also find an oversized fold away single bed. It has two bedside cabinets with lamps, together with flatscreen TV. There is a telephone in this room also.

The en-suite bath and shower room are quite luxurious, with his and hers wash basins, and an oversized bath. Perfect to soak away the stress of the theme parks! A separate w.c. with a door to the pool area completes this suite.

Master bedroom two also has an extremely comfortable queensize bed with two bedside cabinets and lamps. There is a walk in closet, and ample drawer and storage space. The room also has a wall-mounted flatscreen TV.

The en-suite bathroom has a larger than average shower a wash basin and w.c.

Bedroom three is a large twin room. It has bunk beds, the lower bed being a double bed, which can become a sofa, and with the TV/DVD is perfect for teens. There is also a large closet and ample drawer space.

Bedroom four is at the front of the house. This has two very comfortable twin beds with bedside cabinets with lamps and a large closet and it is a very bright and airy room. This room also has a TV and DVD.

The third bathroom is shared by the two twin rooms, it is quite large, with bath, and a shower overhead and contains a large cupboard for towels and linen.
